Do my customers need to download an app?
No app is required. Customers can use their smartphone's NFC function or scan the QR code where provided.
Are there any monthly subscription fees?
No monthly subscription is required for the physical product. You pay for the product and use it as intended without a recurring card fee.
What happens after I place my order?
Your product is prepared, customised and encoded according to the information you provide during the ordering process. It is then prepared for UK dispatch.
What if a customer cannot use NFC?
Where a QR code is included, customers can simply scan it with their smartphone camera and access the same digital destination.
Can I update my destination later?
Products using dynamic routing can be updated without replacing the physical product. Contact Morkedi support when you need a change.
Can businesses order multiple cards or products?
Yes. Morkedi solutions can be used for individual businesses, teams and larger multi-staff orders.
