Returns & Exchanges
At Mor Kedi, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Each item is created especially for you after your order is placed, which means we do not keep stock.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Customers do not need to return the original item; replacements are shipped directly to them.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos showing the issue.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift, a gift credit or refund will be issued accordingly.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
