1. Product Usage & Compatibility

Our contactless NFC cards and stands operate natively with all standard NFC-enabled smartphones (iOS and Android). No recurring monthly subscription or software fees are required for the standard operation of our NFC cards.

2. Customer Responsibility for Links

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and active Google Review, Trustpilot or business URL at the time of purchase. We program the exact URL supplied in your order details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP – £). Full payment is required at checkout via our secure payment gateway (Stripe) before your order is processed.

4. Intellectual Property

Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor logos and trademarks referenced on our products are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Morkedi is an independent provider of contactless hardware and custom programming services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
